RETURN
Returns only accepted within 30 days upon receiving your order.
PLEASE NOTE THAT A $30 USD RETURN PROCESSING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
All returned items must be new, unused, and the LU dust bag must be returned together. The items should contain its original plastic cover on them, and if they are peeled, the items are considered as “used”. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied.
*No returns can be processed, if the hang tags are detached from the bag.
RETURN PROCESSING
We provide complimentary shipping for any returns. Please email [email protected] to receive a prepaid return-shipping label via email.
Please allow at least 3-5 business days for your refund to be initiated counting when we have received your item. We will complete a quality inspection prior to refund issuance. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed once the refund has been initiated.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
EXCHANGE
We do not accept exchanges at this time. However, you may simply place a new order and return the item you need exchanged, following the same *Return Policy. We provide free shipping for any returns or new orders. For a prepaid return shipping label, please email at [email protected]
